| Description: |
Position Summary:
o This position administers infusion nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in the alternate site, including but not limited to patient residence, infusion suites and/or the MD office. This is performed in accordance with the physician's orders and under the direction and supervision of the Director and/or Nursing Supervisor. The RN is responsible for implementing the nursing process in accordance with the professional practice and agency policy.

| Qualifications: |
Qualifications (Required):
Education:
o Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Experience:
o Minimum 2 years experience in the provision of nursing care in an acute care facility.
o Documented proficiency in Infusion therapy (I.V. certification).
o Documented proficiency in PICC care and maintenance.
