Position Summary:
The Account Manager, Payment Assistance & Referral Fulfillment Programs shall actively manage the business relationship between BioScrip and its subsidiaries and entities and assigned accounts including patient referral fulfillment and management programs (Hubs), co-pay and patient assistance programs (PAPs) as a component of Specialty and Infusion Pharmacy services. The key objective of these relationships shall be to articulate value delivered to clients, provide improved company advocacy, and maintain and grow account revenue through referral optimization. This position shall partner closely with the Sales Operations and Manufacturer/Pharma teams to seek innovative solutions to referral generation problems and processes to ensure sales success.
This position will work from a home office and will not be tied to any location. Must be open to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
„X Become a trusted advisor with assigned accounts necessary and sufficient to influence the decision making process.
„X Maintain an excellent relationship with assigned accounts including personal attention and customer optimization.
„X Maintain and grow assigned account revenue through referral optimization.
„X Understand referral triage processes through Hubs, including opportunities for referral/share enhancement
„X Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
„X Furnish progress reports and plans on demand, and record detailed and accurate notes on client interaction and added revenue.
„X Attend regular review meetings with Sales Operations and/or Manufacturer/Pharma teams
„X Support the vision and values of the company and the team through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.

Qualifications:
„X Bachelor's degree required, Master¡¦s preferred
„X Minimum 5 years in client management roles, in the specialty pharmacy industry or ¡§business to business¡¨ service industry
„X Demonstrated understanding of Payment Assistance & Referral Fulfillment Programs
„X Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
„X Excellent verbal and written communication skills
„X Demonstrated experience with formal presentations
„X Demonstrated ability to work independently
„X Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects
„X Experience with budgets, financial reports and utilization summaries and client reporting packages
„X Professional appearance and stature
„X Regular travel required
